You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
To start a return:
- Email info@embarkvetdeal.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and send you return instructions.

Return shipping is free for accepted returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.
After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your original payment method.
